    Hello,

    I have licensed, installed and registered my website with a valid key for the Events Calendar Pro, and yet still cannot perform regular updates. I receive this notice in my WP Dashboard when going to update: “There is new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license key is out of installs.” — it was my understanding that even the Personal-level license I purchased allows for updates & support for up to a year? This license is only 2 months old. Please shed some light on this for me. Thank you.

    Thank you for your attention. If you could please help me to understand: I purchased two separate, individual plugin licenses, then assigned each to a different domain. Why then are they not both candidates for automatic updates?

    Apologies Jennifer, I did not understand fully, but not I see that the license keys were tagged to temporary URLs, and now that the sites are on “live” domains, they needed to be switched. We’re all good now — thanks!
