Updates no longer available on my plugin after 3 months!

I have tried updating the plugin, but it says I’ve reached the maximum number of updates. I purchased the plugin for a whole year, I don’t understand why I can’t update it.

I see that your plugin is activated on metrobaptistbelleville.roundupmin.org but your site is https://metrobaptistbelleville.com/. Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/? You can pick up with step 2 if needed.
