Update Pro licence

    Our church website was using the “Events Calendar Pro” plugin and our licence has expired.
    The site was built for use by a local company which not long exists.
    To update the existing plugin requires an account ID and password, both of these were not supplied by the company.
    Is there a way to reset the ID and password from your end or do I need to start from again.
