Update Events Calendar 2.0.9 ->2.0.10 issues

After updating I get the red box “The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 2.0.9, The Events Calendar: Community Events 1.0.3. Please update now. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Want to pair an older version?”
I click on update now and nothing happens!!!

Pretty poor form to push out an update late in the week and then runaway and hide saying you don’t offer support on the weekend! And being in a different timezone your Monday will be my Tuesday at the earliest. Sorry but this has made me quite angry. Been involved in IT for over 20 years and you just don’t do that sort of thing.

Sorry to hear about the issues and for pushing out the update so late in the week. You make a good point and I’ll bring it up with the rest of the team…

As for the issue, can you please try the updates again and if that doesn’t work try manually updating everything?

How do I do a manual update for the Events Calendar Pro?
If I reinstall the events calendar pro, then doesn’t that delete all my events?

Hi Matt,

No it will not delete all your events, they are in the database, not in the files. To manually update, simply download a copy of the plugin and copy/paste/upload the contents of the zip and replace everything in the wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro folder on your server with that.
