Update Eliminated my Calendar Icon

I updated the calendar and lost my calendar icon from my events list. How do I get it back? Now everything has been replaced with a numbered list that’s not in the correct spacing, format, etc.

Is this “icon” something you could refer to on our own demo site, for example, on the List View at http://wpshindig.com/events/?

Or was that icon something you added by way of custom coding?

I tried going to visitmyoldkyhome.com/events/ to see the Events List, and didn’t find any events there. Is there a specific place on your site where I can see your broken Events List in person? Here’s what I found when I went to that URL:
