UPCOMING EVENTS on the body of the Home Page

Is there a way to put the Upcoming Events information somewhere on the Home Page instead of on a Widget??

HI … I got the MINI CALENDAR working, but is there some way to limit the number of events listed UNDER the MINI Calendar?? I only want to list 2 not 3. I don’t see any settings. Thank you

I believe you could leverage one of these filters:
