Upcoming Events from a category – Shortcodes?

Hello,

are there any shordcodes, because i’m a php noob? I would love to insert a dynamic list of the next 5 events of a specific category on a normal page.

Can someone help me?

There are unfortunately no shortcodes with this plugin, but you should be able to insert event data using template tags. Have you checked out our documentation (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/) to see if it points you in the right direction? We tried to make it pretty straightforward so one need not be a developer to fully understand it.

Let me know whether that does the trick.
