upcoming events feature question

Howdy everyone.

I understand that the upcoming events feature allows you to pick an event and have the clock do a countdown.

My question is.. Can we have it count down from the next coming event in the calendar? I dont want to pick a specific event, I just want it to always count down from the next available event.

Is this possible?

This is an interesting idea, though it us unfortunately not possible with our plugins at this time. 🙁 An event has to be manually selected each time.

I see there are two options to choose.

1. single event
2. next event.

Im guessing if I choose next event it will always count down for the next coming event? This is what I want it to do. Am I correct in thinking that?

The “next event” option does indeed do exactly what you describe in the Countdown widget. Try it out and see what you find!
