Users who RSVP for an event while logged into an account on your site may log in at any time after to change their RSVP and unregister; purchased tickets, however, cannot be automatically cancelled or refunded. Your users will need to reach out to you directly to cancel a ticket order, and any payments made will need to be refunded manually.
