“Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending Payment to Cancelled.”
Some of the orders for an upcoming event are using the WooCommerce – Pay by Check option. This leaves ticket orders in a “Order Status: Pending Payment” for an undetermined period of time until payment is received. Unfortunately, these orders are changing to “Order Status: Cancelled” once a time limit has been reached. That seems to imply that it is possible to alter the time limit before the status is changed to cancelled.
Is this a setting that is editable?
Or should I be asking another question for a remedy that would prevent these orders from being automatically changed to cancelled?
