"Units remaining" stuck at 0; can't change number of tickets on event page

    I’m a new user of Event Tickets Plus, but I’ve used Events Calendar/ECP on many sites.

    I’m trying to set up an event with paid ticketing. I’m able to plug in all of the information about the tickets, but I notice that even though I have “Stock” set to “40”, the editing page shows “Sold 0 (units remaining: 0)”.

    Then, on the actual event page on the site, I find I cannot set a number of tickets to add to an order. Any time I change the value in the number input field, it reverts to 0.

    I found that if I turn on Global Stock and switch Global Stock Mode from “Independent” to either of the other options, I’m able to get it to work properly. I can probably work around the issue this way, but it still seems to me that it’s either a bug or I do not understand how “Independent” is supposed to work.

    Well, it is me again. 🙂

    I’m sorry you are having an issue with the ticket stocks. Now let’s look at this.

    Do I understand correctly that when you create an event and add a ticket with a stock, then it already shows Sold 0 (units remaining 0)? (This all without global stock.)

    So far I have not been able to replicate that. Does this happen with newly created events as well?

    Could you share with me the exact steps you take, so I can try to reproduce? This would be important, so we can determine whether we are facing a bug or a localized issue.
