ParticipantWe are integrating Events Calendar PRO with Woocommerce. We allow our instructors (vendors) to create events and tickets for them. When an instructor registers, they register using the woocommerce registration form, which creates a new WordPress user for them, with fields for First Name, Last Name, Email, and others.
We have a second set of fields for Name, Email and Bio that relate specifically to Events Calendar PRO, and are edited through a Gravity Form. The values of these fields are then used by Events Calendar PRO: they are displayed on the event page, in the email confirmations that are sent out after an event is purchased, the slug for the instructors profile, and probably other locations I’m not aware of.
We don’t want to have two separate sets of email fields and name fields – we want these combined into one. We also want to have first and last name separate, not just name.
How can I have Events Calendar PRO use the values from the Woocommerce registration form for the name and email? Is there a way to have that form update the Events Calendar PRO values, or to tell Events Calendar PRO to pull those values from the database instead?

MemberHi there @indycourses,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Also thanks for the detailed description of the issue. But still I’m not quite sure of the fields you crated “for Events Calendar PRO”:
We have a second set of fields for Name, Email and Bio that relate specifically to Events Calendar PRO, and are edited through a Gravity Form. The values of these fields are then used by Events Calendar PRO: they are displayed on the event page, in the email confirmations that are sent out after an event is purchased, the slug for the instructors profile (eg: https://indycourses.com/instructor/roxanne/), and probably other locations I’m not aware of.
Are these PRO addtional fields? If not which type of fields are these? Are instructors users within the site?
I’m not 100% sure of how I can help!
Please let me know about it,
Best,
