We use the ticket system to sell online tickets. We sell bunch of tickets everyday. In the reporting we can see ticket sales, but is there a way to build a report that shows the tickets that have not been redeemed. The perfect reporting would be instead of Sales by Product in woocommerce reporting, we have a Unused Tickets – or vise versa – ‘Tickets Claimed’ that shows the exact same figures of the sales by product data, but either excluding tickets that have been redeemed or only including tickets that have been redeemed. Either figure will allow us to know the difference in SALES and REDEMPTION.
its a matter of running the same query as /includes/admin/reports/sales_by_redeemed.php but filtering out WHERE meta_key = ‘_tribe_wooticket_checkedin’

Any assistance would be much appreciated, even if a 3rd party can code this for a fee. Thanks

    Hey E,

At this time it may be possible to build out a reporting feature like this, but unfortunately it would take extensive custom code outside the scope of support we can provide.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you!
