ParticipantSometime after updating woocommerce and event tickets/event tickets plus to their latest versions today, I started getting this error whenever I attempt to Edit an existing event that has tickets associated with it.
(I’m able to view the event and it’s tickets fine as an end user – the error is only when I try to edit the event)
This is occurring for all events that have tickets associated with them. It’s not occurring on any events that don’t have tickets associated with them.
Here is the stack trace:

ParticipantNote: I reverted back to 4.2.3 of Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus (that’s the last version I had a copy of) and I no longer get the error.

MemberAbby, thanks for reporting this.
Our Event Tickets (ET) plugin is expecting our The Events Calendar (TEC) plugin to be installed and active, and this is not right.
You can install and activate TEC in the meantime while awaiting this fix.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

ParticipantI don’t want to add an unnecessary plugin that might interfere with our current events functionality.
Will this thread get updated when this is fixed? And is there an ETA?
In the meantime, can you tell me which version this was broken in and how I can download the version just before that so I’m as up to date as possible? Thanks!

MemberAbby, I understand. It’s always recommended to test things on a staging or development server first. I’d suggest trying it for now and then removing it once the fix is released. Again, I don’t have an ETA, and this thread should get a reply once the fix does get released to Event Tickets.
