MemberHi there Jason,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
I just asked our QA team to run some tests with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus + PHP 7 (which I see is the version you are using) but they couldn’t reproduce the issue. I also tested this in my local install with PHP 5.6 without seeing any errors.
Can you please try to delete the plugins, re-download and re-install them? You won’t loose any event data. If you are not sure how to proceed please take a look at this guide → Manual Updates.
If the error persists after re-installing, please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNovember 18, 2016 at 9:36 am #1194592Jason
ParticipantHi @nicosantos thanks for your help.
I already delete/re-download/re-install the plugins and nothing change.I’ve downgrade to Event Tickets Core 4.3.2 and it’s now working. Something wrond in 4.3.3 I think…

MemberThanks for following up Jason and glad to hear you could find a temporary workaround for this!
As stated in my previous reply we couldn’t reproduce this issue (and we are not getting in other reports of this issue for now) so it’s really hard to try and fix the issue. Can you please test this in a different server? Maybe just a local or dev server?
Thanks,

MemberHey Peter and Jason,
Thanks for adding your case as well! Taking a second look at this I could finally reproduce the bug and logged it in our backlog 🙂
Other than this page (Event Add-ons) are you seeing fatals in other admin pages?
For now downgrading to Event Tickets 4.3.2 or installing The Events Calendar 4.3.3 alongside Event Tickets 4.3.3 should work.
I linked this thread with the bug report so you’ll get noticed when the fix is out.

ParticipantHi Nico,
Thanks for the suggestion. I downgraded to Event Tickets 4.3.2 and it did work.
I will keep an eye on this thread to apply the Event Tickets update when available.
Best,

MemberHey Peter,
There’s an update (and a hotfix for it we just released today). Although you can safely update, this release doesn’t include the fix for the issue in this thread.
Checking the bug report, I see there’s still no date for the fix to be out yet. The assigned dev already proposed a solution so I guess this will be out soon 🙂
I’ll give you a heads-up here when the fix is shipped,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHey folks,
Seems like this bug has been fixed as part of other updates to the plugin.
Can you please update to latest version of the plugins and let me know if this is fixed for you?
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
