    Hi,

    Disappointed to send this message but there has been no resolution on my previous threads to fix the faults in the new version of Event Tickets Plus.

    I would like to issue a refund in compensation for business lost and the down time of my ecommerce ticket purchasing shop.
    This down time has caused me to lose money and new clientele and don’t think its an option I’d like to use moving forward.
