unable to reactivate community events plugin

I was forced to deactivate all my plugins due to a conflict. After I resolved that conflict I have been trying to activate my Community events plugin, but seems like there is a conflict or issue of some kind which will not let me activate this plugin. When I try to activate, I am taken to a blank page and it stays there forever, I am never taken back to the wp admin dashboard. I have my free events plugin and the Events pro plugin both activated. This plugin used to work fine previously. I went thru the exercise of deactivating all and then activtating each plugin one by one and everytime I get stuck on the community events plugin.

I have also lost my login and download/license key for this plugin, I cant seem to find it. so I cant delete and install it again. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hey Neelam,

Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear about the problems you’re experiencing. I notice in your purchase history that you have 1 license for our PRO plugin, but I don’t see anything in regards to a Community Events license.

Is it possible you purchased it under another email address? The conflict you’re experiencing is most likely due to the different plugin versions you are running. The first step in resolving this problem would be to locate the necessary login information so you can access your Community Events latest plugin version and your license key.
