Unable to install Events Ticket Plus from Woocommerce Ticket : infinite loop !!

Hi,
I’ve installed Events Ticket Plus because you said that Woocommerce Tickets will be discontinued.
The problem is that :
1) WP says : “To begin using Event Tickets Plus, please install and activate the latest version of Event Tickets and ensure its own requirements have been met.”
2) Well okay, click on install…
3) Get a message telling “plugin desactivated” (and woocommerce tickets is unactivating)
4) Refresh the plugin page, the Woocommerce Tickets Plugin is desactivated
5) Tickets are no more available !!
6) activate WooCommerce, now I get this message : “To begin using Tickets Plus with WooCommerce, you need to deactivate the old legacy plugin.”
and again and again and again !!!
Thanks for your help, i’m going crazy
PS: Of course I don’t want to loose all tickets actually created and running on the website.

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que vous avez dû composer avec une boucle infinie lors de votre passage de WooTickets à Event Tickets Plus.

Le plus simple serait de suivre à la lettre le tuto suivant: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/

Normalement, cela devrait vous permettre d’effectuer le passage au nouveau plug-in sans heurt.
