Unable to Download Event Tickets Plus

I have just purchased the Events Ticket Plus plugin however I get an error message when I go to download the file which reads {\”code\”:\”rest_forbidden\”,\”message\”:\”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.\”,\”data\”:{\”status\”:403}}

I checked the forum and it appears to have happened before – hoping it resolves itself soon but would appreciate a response

Can you try by going to My Account » Downloads and downloading the plugin from there? Please let me know if that works for you.
