Unable to create new venue or new organizer – text tab not working on front end

Hi,

I’ve just installed Events Calendar on the website I administrate. Your product seems really to please me and my team, but I’m having problems when I try to create a new venue or a new organiser. The text forms remain empty, not showing a venue or an organizer already created… Can you help please ?
I’m considering on an evolution to the Importer bundle first, then the Community one, but, as you should understand, I have to be properly sure of a good behavior of your system or compatibility with mine.

I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.

If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.

Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?

This said I can give you a quick tip. What you’re describing sounds like a javascript (or some other) conflict in the admin area. As a first step, I would see if the plugin works with one of the default themes and all other plugins deactivated. If it does then you can begin the troubleshooting process from there.

I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.
