Hello – our customers are unable to purchase tickets when navigating to our site via Chrome or Explorer. Tickets display as available; however, users are unable to click on the add to cart feature. The button displays; but does not allow you to click on it.

Additionally, when navigating to an event from the event calendar, we click on the preview that displays on the calendar; however, browsers such as Chrome and Explorer say that page does not exist. Said another way, the error says the page created by the event tickets plus plugin does not exist; but i an clearly see it when using Firefox.

    Hey Francis,

Thanks for contacting us! We’ve verified that this problem is directly associated with your HTML minification. When your HTML is minified, the “button type” tag is replaced with “buttontype”, making the “Add to Cart” button unresponsive (please check this screenshot: in this case the words “button tag” are separated so the button is working as expected).

We suggest you to stop minifying your html code to solve the problem. The minification is generated by Endurance Page Cache as I can see from here.

Let us know if you need anything else in the meantime!

    Regards,

    Patricia

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
