    Hello, all of a sudden when I create a new event, I’m unable to add a ticket. I choose the box marked “ticket” but end up with the resulting info as though I had clicked “RSVP”. Same thing happens when I click “RSVP”. Is this a glitch or is there a work around?

    We are sorry to hear about this glitch impacting your installation.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    When something like this happens, after a backup, we typically recommend downgrading our plugings to the latest version you had them at prior to the issue happening.

    Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
    This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    The other possibility is that there is a conflict with another plugin or a need to tweak some caching plugin settings.
