Unable to add in license key or use WooTickets

I still can NOT add license key for woocommerce tickets. There’s no blank/ space available at “License” section. Also there’s no meta box appearing in the events page for me to add tickets with.

Hi – I’m sorry your experiencing difficulties here.

If you visit the plugin page, can you confirm if any errors/notices are displaying in relation to WooCommerce Tickets (at the top of that screen, perhaps) and can you double check it has actually been activated in addition to being installed?

i’ve manage to fix the WooCommerce options. Only the possibility for updates isn’t working.

OK – so you can now add tickets to events? If so, great!

There is currently a bug however that prevents the license field from showing up when you use just The Events Calendar and WooCommerce Tickets: we’re looking into this and it should be resolved in our very next maintenance release – so if you can bear with us a little longer the next update ought to fix this 🙂
