ParticipantI found this thread https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/template-issues-2/. But doesn’t appear to be resolved because the user did not respond. I will try and be detailed so that the problem can be solved.
When I set the Display Setting for the Events Template to ‘Default Event Template’ I get a page that contains all the Event Calendar Elements. Including the Details, venue and Maps, plus related events as my settings are configure. Please see screenshot http://screencast.com/t/AaMnf527
When I change it to the ‘Default Page Template” I get a page that would be from Ultimatums Archive Loop and Single Page settings, Please see screenshots. http://screencast.com/t/4YLh23aSbPoG
Ultimatum’s Multi Post Layout (loop Archive) http://screencast.com/t/60TYks1kN
I am guessing you aren’t all that familiar with Ultimatum, but it also Lets you Assign Layouts for Page/Post Type.http://screencast.com/t/A0YXDMAhKBf So even Assigning the Event-Single and the Events Post type it still does not get if the lopp as expected.
I have seen this in the past with another Plugin that does not place their ‘content’ within the WordPress standard loop. At least that is what I was told.
In general I use Ultimatum for all my projects as it can cut development time in half put every once in a while I come across issue like this. Just recently purchased your plugin from another site (not using Ultimatum), liked it so much I upgraded my licenses for more sites to come. Would love these two product to work well together.

ParticipantHi there,
We apologize greatly for the lack of response. It seems this one got missed. Can you upload a copy of your theme to droplr so we can take a look at how it works? I’m not sure what (if anything) we’re going to be able to do here, but I’ll pass the theme along to one of our other developers who will be examining it-Chris

MemberHi nathanbaldwin,
I do apologize for the further delay: we were only operating at half capacity yesterday (as it was Veteran’s Day/Remembrance Day, depending on your locale) and couldn’t provide normal coverage.
Having taken a look at Ultimatum this is clearly a theme that does things differently. As with a couple of other somewhat atypical theme frameworks I suspect this is one that, on a practical level, we simply cannot support – that’s not to say integration isn’t possible, just that it isn’t something we will be able to assist with.
It may be that the best path forward then is to seek the assistance of a WordPress developer who is intimately familiar with Ultimatum and take things from there.
Sorry we can’t do more on this occasion.

ParticipantHere lies the problem, you say you can’t support Ultimatum and Ultimatum can’t support Events Calendar, yet I have paid for support on both site but somehow end up holding the bag.

ParticipantUnfortunately it really isn’t support for either side. As an integration, it lies more in the line of custom work unfortunately. Sorry we can’t help you further 🙁
We realize that this is probably a disappointment for you, and so if you’d like a full refund based on the poor integration we’d be totally willing to provide you one. Feel free to contact [email protected] if so.
