Two Non-Profit Groups Sharing One Edition Of The Events Calendar Pro?

Hey guys, quick question. I just got a job with a non-profit television station and my boss wants to work with another non-profit regarding a community events calendar on their organization’s website as well as our own. Can we share the code? Also, can we get the free pro version? I saw that it was free for non-profits, but wasn’t sure if it was just for one non-profit.
