Two Multisite Installations under one domain

Hi,

we own a Multisite-Licence for Events Calendar Pro.

Today we launched an internal Staging-Testing-Version of the Multisite-Network to test Updates on a similar enviroment.

Do we need an Unlimited Licence to do that?
