Thanks, it looks like me recent order for The Events Calendar Pro was refunded by accident. How can I change it so it renews when the subscription ends? Or do I have to reorder it?
There has been no refund to the Mastercard. I also don’t see an order with that number. But my site is saying that my license key is outdated. Can i please get my original order from October 2017 reinstated and turned on auto renew.
