Turn off auto-scrolling on google maps

Hi,

How do you turn off the auto scrolling on the map. I initially went to try the suggestion in this thread(https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/turn-off-auto-scrolling-on-google-maps/), however I do not see the event-map.php file in the admin-wiews directory. Thanks.
