Trying to Renew my license as Business not Agency

    My account only needs 3 licenses so I don’t want to renew as an Agency, but to lower down to a Business account. I do not see how to do that as the only options it is giving me are Agency or Upgrade to Unlimited. Please let me know how to change my account type for renewal purposes. Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out! At this time, users can only renew or upgrade their license keys from their account, while license key downgrades must be processed manually by our support team.
