Trying to renew license

    user name and password won’t work to renew license. I tried resetting the pass word but didn’t receive the email to reset (this was yesterday).

    This same issue happened last year and we had to start over. This is my license Key: ***REMOVED BY ADMIN*** as this is a public

    My email is above.
