ParticipantFirst, Like others after updating the “previous event” and “next event” buttons no longer work and I just get a spinning wheel.
Second, I now have the event countdown only working on a few pages on the site and just static like there is no event date information on other pages. It worked great on all pages before the update?
Third, the Google maps are no longer showing up on the events. I double checked that the map buttons are selected in the general events settings, and on each event page. This too worked great before the update.
Please help provide a workable solution?
Thanks,

MemberHi Scott,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
I visited your site and see what you mean.
On the single events I get this javascript error, which maybe is causing the map and countdown to break:
Error: No images were supplied for Backstretch
http://whub44.webhostinghub.com/~moore25/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.1
Line 2On the List Events I get this message:
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at http://whub44.webhostinghub.com/~moore25/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. This can be fixed by moving the resource to the same domain or enabling CORS.
The event url in your nav is this: http://192.145.238.199/~moore25/?post_type=tribe_events
So the ajax is not running as it sees a different url.
See if you can fix those and let us know if that fixes the issue or we can go to the next steps.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Brian,
Thank your for your responce. I am not a programer so I have no idea how to fix the items that are no longer working after updating the Events Calendar. I have purchased the events calendar pro, and one of your filter upgrades and hope that you can support the plug-in from your end? If we update agian in the future are the same items going to stop working at that point too? I can provide you with login info if you like, just let me know how to proceed to get a plug-in that works again with out me messing with the code as I know nothing about it.
Sorry, but I bought the plug-in based on the reviews and support information. This is the only plug-in that I have had trouble with, but I am sure it a minor tweak to get it back up and running again, I just don’t code.
Thanks,

MemberUnfortunately, none of those issues are related to the Events Calendar so our support is limited in fixing them.
The Backstretch error is for the background of the site and maybe that script is in your theme? But it is not included with our plugins.
Cross-Origin Request Blocked error is coming from having the site on one url http://whub44.webhostinghub.com/~moore25/, but some of your links are using another http://192.145.238.199/~moore25/.
Using the same domain throughout the site should resolve this.
If those errors are fixed outside of the Events Calendar and there is still issues we can provide support then, but there is nothing I can tell you to change in the Events Calendar to fix either of those unfortunately.

MemberOk glad it is closer now and the features are working.
It looks like it is just a script to add to the event templates to get it to work.
You can change the image link in the snippet to get another image if you like.
Add this to your theme’s function.php
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/7b06802271ed51deb5f9
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberYep I just tested that tutorial and it is working for me.
What directory of your theme did you put the loop-grid.php file in?
it should be:
yourtheme/tribe-events/month/loop-grid.php
