trouble with setup

Hi, I just purchased a license for Events Calendar PRO, and entered it in my settings, but it says it’s invalid and seems to want a Event “Aggregator”… did I purchase the wrong key?

Also, the short code is not working on my page. I’ve tried both [tribe_events view=”photo”] and [tribe_events], and they are both showing the text on my page, not the calendar view.

I don’t an option for the photo view anywhere. When I go to the Events page, it only offers the Month, Day and List option. My client would like the photo option.

Hello Kellie

Sorry for the confusion.  You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.

Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.  You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.

Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.

It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

Let me know if this works now.

When your license activates, you will be able to use shortcodes.
