    Hi,

    Having trouble renewing events tickets pro. Payment has gone through (twice!) but update via wordpress isn’t happening, and also unable to log into account. Please help 🙂

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I just checked your orders and they both went through. I believe the issue is that your account is tied to the following email address jesterminute(at)gmail.com. Can you confirm ?

    Additionally, for some reason, the net result was that the license did not get renewed in spite of the 2 orders. So I went ahead and refunded the second one.

    Yep, the account is tied to that address (change of admins, etc). Can we work around that directly, or do I need to bring the other chap into the conversation?

    Good morning Oscar,

    Provided that there is no other products involved and that the billing address is yours, I just updated the customer file accordingly with your email.

    For more efficient support, I would recommend using our premium forums moving forward (as opposed to the pre-sales forum).
