Hi, Helen. Thanks for reporting this.

It’s the first I’ve heard of it so could you please share your System Information in a Private Reply, along with the full PHP Stack Trace (visible in your debug.log file if you have logging enabled).

If you don’t already, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see.

Please let me know what you find out.
