DAVIS
ParticipantHey guys,
My tribe_mini_calendar is only showing five events for the month of January, and there are seven. The events show up when you click on the individual day. There will also be months that have 10 or more events, and I would like for all of them to show up in the list. Is there a way to do this?
Example – http://www.usafishingtrails.com/bud-light-trail/
Thanks in advance!
Davis

ParticipantHey Davis,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
When adding the shortcode, you should be able to add a “count” argument to control the number of events that display. For example, [tribe_mini_calendar count=”6″].
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantJosh,
Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, that did not work.
The code that I am using is “[tribe_mini_calendar category=”bud-light-trail-tournament” count=”10″]”
Thanks again.

ParticipantHey Davis,
Thanks for following up here. I’ll do some further testing here to see what may be preventing those attributes from impacting what gets pulled via the shortcode.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Josh,
We do two events per weekend, so only showing five cuts out quite a few events from the calendar each month. I am afraid people will miss some events if they can’t see them on the calendar.
Thanks for the help!

ParticipantHey Davis,
Sorry for the delay here, looks like my previous response didn’t get posted here.
When using the “tribe_mini_calendar” shortcode, the count will work to limit the number (or extend) the number of events that will display, however the list will just be limited to the current month displayed within the grid at the top of the list. So, if there are only 4 events in January only 4 events will show even with the “count” set to 10.
As an alternative, you could try the [tribe_events_list limit=10″] shortcode to list the events without the associated month limitation.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
