tribe_is_new_event_month?

I am aware of the function “tribe_is_new_event_day”. Is there a month equivalent, eg “tribe_is_new_event_month” In list view I would like to categories events by month, rather than by day, so you see jan, with all events in jan, and the next main heading if feb, rather than the default of April 1, 2013 as a heading and then the next date that has events, such as April 20, 2013 etc

If this function does not exist is there a tutorial on achieving it?

Unfortunately that’s not an available function. You would need to custom code something or hire someone to help you with this.
