tribe_events_pro_recurrence_data is not defined

Yesterday we noticed (not sure if it started yesterday or not) the recurring options in the admin event add/update screen is missing its options. In the javascript console, we have the error we are seeing the tribe_events_pro_recurrence_data undefined error. I’ve attached a screenshot of the admin area where the recurrence options are not appearing. The stack trace is below. We have upgraded to the latest version of both the events calendar and events calendar pro plugins. Any ideas on what could be causing the issue?
