[tribe_events_list] and Events List Widget share bugs?

I saw that there is a known bug with the Events List Widget and category/tag filtering. Does this same bug apply to the [tribe_events_list] shortcode as I am unable to filter based on category or tag when using [tribe_events_list category=”xyz”]?

Hi Seth.

The bug you’re referring to is in the wp-admin Widgets area so no, it doesn’t apply to the shortcode version.

If you use the “xyz” category’s Category ID, does it work then?

For example, [tribe_events_list category="5,6" operand="AND"]
