Hi I would like to ask you if there is any possibility of test run your Event Tickets Plus plugin.
I’m using Eventum theme by Templatic (https://templatic.com/app-themes/eventum-event-directory-theme) I already make a decent job on customising this theme.
They are using they own system for tracking events. Unfortunately they don’t allow users to buy tickets and pay via CreditCards.

That’s why I’m looking for some third party solution.
I found yours and I like it very much. I tried your Event Tickets (free) version, and I can see I’m able to edit and see ticket RSVP.

From that I can see there is some decent chance to implement your ticket system with Eventum Theme. But I’m not really sure about it, and I don’t want to buy something that cold not working. I think you can understand it.

So I would like to ask you if you are able to provide some trial period, when I can see if your solutions fits to my needs. If not I would like to ask you if you can provide me some more (technical) info about how your plugin works, how could I implement it into my theme, and what are to options for customisation and how to implement it into front-end for ticket sellers.
I know there were some questions about this parcitular theme, but your answers was always like “we can not care about all the themes out there” and this is absolutely understandable. But I hope you can also understand that I have to be sure about functionality of your plugin on my website before I make a purchase, that’s why trial run would be really beneficial for me.

I’m also prepare to share my knowledge about how to implement your Ticket solution into Eventum Theme, if it will working well, so you can share it with your customer as well.

We do offer a trial period, but it’s in the form of a full refund within 30 days of purchasing any of our products. That should give you a good amount of time to try things out with the Eventum theme and, if Event Tickets Plus does not work the way you would like, you can ask for a full refund, as long as it’s within the 30 days of purchase.
