translate the plugin into hebrew

I did translate some strings from the plugin and want to load the po and mo file manually but the plugin dosn t read them what did i wrong usually creating a po and mo file and adding into the language folder does it s work for this plugin it dosnt. Would be really glad if you can help me with this because i need the calendar in hebrew. also the CSS added dosnt work how can i get it work i did it with the advice from the css file from the plugin page and i added also the styles to my custon theme css thanks a lot
