Transferring attendees to another event

    We’ve just upgraded the plugins so I’m hoping you can help me identify the best way for us to “move” or transfer an attendee from one event with a purchased ticket to another event. We are selling classes and sometime participants have to switch classes.

    Sorry for the disappointing answer, but unfortunately that feature is not yet available! We don’t quite yet have a full featured ‘booking’ functionality, although a lot of users have sought it out!

    If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

    Actually, another staff member brought this to my attention:

    to move folks from one to another you can use the new Delete Attendee feature, and then create a new order for the same customer – and assign the relevant ticket product to that order

    It’s not perfect but should get the job done.

    Thanks! I can get the count/tickets sold to reflect the new order but is there any way to get the new order to show in the attendee list? We need to be able to print a list of attendees of the event for the instructor. I tried to see if I could print a report in WooCommerce, but I’m not seeing how get a list of attendees per event.

    In the actual Event itself, next to where you created the ticket, there will be an ‘Attendees List’ link once there is at least one confirmed order.
