Sounds great and we’re definitely happy to help! Will you please head over to our Contact page, select the “Help accessing my account” option and sending the following info:
- The client’s name
- The client’s email
What we can do is create a new account for the client, provide you with the new login details, then create a new license for that account while deactivating the one that’s currently in your account. This will be the smoothest way to make the transfer and allow us to work over email instead of the open forums. 🙂
