YES, I read [Read this: an important note on plugin/theme deactivation.]
YES, I’ve deactivated all other plugins to check for a plugin conflict.
YES, I’ve reverted to the 2011 default WordPress theme (with other plugins still deactivated) to check for a theme conflict.
And yes, that solved the problem, but can someone please give me some directions on how to solve “my” problem, which is make Events Calendar works with Scrollider theme by WooThemes. The top header disappeared when switching view options, the only view that does not have this problem is the “View As: Month” view.

    Hi nhan,

Can you give me some step-by-step instructions to help me see and understand the problem?

Currently if I visit your homepage, move to the Classes page, then to the main events page and work through each of the three enabled views I am seeing no change with respect to the ‘top header’.

It’s totally possible I’m misunderstanding, though, so if you could provide some further direction or even illustrate what you mean with screenshots that would be awesome.

    Thanks!

Thank Barry. I solved the problem by reinstalling everything. However, I discovered the same problem when I change my front page displays option from “Your latest posts” to “A static page”.

That sounds like a known issue with some themes such as Canvas (also by WooThemes) and we’ve got a change in the works … until that arrives though you could certainly try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file and see if it helps:

Note that, typically, you will not need and should not copy across the opening &lt?php tag (which will normally be present in your functions.php file already).

    Thanks!
