Tools Export download is empty

I’m attempting to export our current event list and i go to tools and export, select events, it seems to process then i open the xml file which is empty. I view the properties and it is 0 bites. What could i be doing wrong it seems like a very simple process. If i try exporting other parts some work others do not.

1. First, I noticed your site’s version of WordPress is a bit behind. It’s 4.4.2. The current version is 4.5.2, so first I would recommend updating to this version of WordPress.

2. Once you update your version of WordPress, update your versions of The Events Calendar and its addons. Currently, these are the versions you’re running:

The Events Calendar PRO version 4.0.7
The Events Calendar: Community Events version 4.0.5
The Events Calendar: iCal Importer version 4.0.4
The Events Calendar version 4.0.7


☝️ Each of these plugins is currently at version 4.2; iCal importer at 4.2.0.1. Update all of the software to 4.2 (starting with The Events Calendar, then the premium add-ons).

Let us know if these steps make any difference with the functioning of the export button. We can take further steps from there if they do not.
