Did you notice this after an update or server migration or other particular change you can relate this to? I see you have 3.11 versions of our products installed in the site -via system information- but when I inspect the site’s code -http://www.laguiago.com/- it’s showing version 3.9 of the products. Can you try to update both plugins to the latest version -3.12- before we dive into this? DO you have any cache plugins active? Can you try to flush all cache solutions if any?
