Timezone issue on imports

    I searched first 🙂 Found this https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/facebook-time-not-right/. Yes, my webserver is in a different timezone than the events I’m importing. But I’ve contacted my hosting company and changing the time zone on the box would bork the backup procedures so not an option. Is there some way I could add in some code somewhere to shift the time zone when imported? My box is on EST and the events are GMT+8.

    Hi Marc,

    Rather than change things at server level would it work for you to change your WordPress timezone setting (via Settings → General)?
