Timezone Drop down not working – showing as a list instead

Hi,
I am trying to use Community Events on our site.
Unfortunately the ‘Submit an Event’ form does not work.
Instead of displaying the timezone and organiser details as dropdowns, they show as a full list. From which you cannot make valid selections.
I did some testing, it seems that the plugin WP-Types is causing the conflict. Can you recommend a work around (one that doesn’t include disabling WP Types which our site is built around).

Hi. I see at your link that your class is .chzn-results, when, by default, the class is .chosen-results

I’m not sure if it’s WP-Types or something else, but something is changing the class names.

If it’s WP-Types, you might want to ask their support how/why this might happen. Why would they code it in this way?

Which class are you referring to?

I’ve gone to: view-source: http://intensivecarenetwork.com/events/network/add to find any instance of the class chzn-results and cannot find it anywhere.

Where can I find it? (Where did you see this? )
