Timezone changed after upgrading to PRO

    Hi, we had a bunch of events added to our site using the Events Calendar free version. Updated to PRO yesterday, and now noticed all of our events went from UTC-8 to UTC-0, so all of the times are off by 8 hours. How can I update them all back to UTC-8 without doing each one manually?

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

    As a first to give you some information about our premium support, as per our policy we try to respond to every question within 24-48 hours during the week, so Monday to Friday. That is why you had to wait a bit for the first response.

    I’m really sorry you bumped into an issue. I’m not quite sure why that happened as when activating the Pro plugin, the event data is not changed, it should be preserved as it was, including the timezone setting.

    Margaret, so far I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue and didn’t find any other reports of anything similar. We might be looking at an isolated case here.

    How many events do you have in your calendar that would need to be changed?
