I manage our non-profit’s event calendar which is viewed by member families and the public wanting to come to our concerts.
Timely’s All In One Calendar has become periodically unreliable and I’d like to make a change. Wondering the smoothest way to do this and would I lose all my old events? Prospective members like to see what we’ve done in years past.
Also, is there a widget (for sidebars &/or other areas) to view upcoming events on different pages throughout our site? Currently, for example, we have upcoming events listed on the home page, board meetings listed on the board page, rehearsal info listed on the members page.
Not sure I need the pro version because we sell tickets at an outside site and would simply list the url on an event posting. That said, what would the annual cost be for us as a small 501 c3 non-profit?
