ParticipantWhen you choose a day from the date picker here: http://www.bhcgodalming.org/calendars/2014-11-19/ and let the page generate the content WITHOUT clicking Find Events the days events do not appear in time order. In order to replicate this bug you need to follow the link then choose another date with multiple events on the day.
If you do click Find Events the days events do come out in the correct order of time.

MemberHi there, Matt! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. Sorry you’re running into some trouble here, but hopefully we can figure it out together. 🙂
I see what you mean. The order of events displays in the correct ascending order when first visiting the page. However, navigating to another date and back using the date picker in the Tribe search bar seems to cause the order of events to display in descending chronological order. Very strange indeed!
I took a look at our site and noticed you are using CloudFlare and have a service called Rocketscript enabled. It appears this service compresses, concatenates, and defers JavaScript on your web pages. At the same time, this can cause things to break as well. Are you able to disable this to see if it makes a difference?
If you are able to disable it and the issue still pops up, could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Thirteen theme, to see if the issue happens there as well?
If disabling the theme fixes it, that’s good news! It means we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict.
If the issue is still there when using the default Twenty Thirteen theme, then we can try testing for conflicts with other installed plugins. Using the Twenty Thirteen, please try deactivating all of your plugins, except for the ones from Modern Tribe. Does that solve the problem? If so, reactivate the plugins one at a time until the issue pops back up, then tell me which one was causing the issue.
These steps are also outlined here if you want some more details on how to test for conflicts.
Give those steps a shot and let me know what you find.
Cheers!

ParticipantMy host has the Cloudflare integration. How do I check it has been deactivated? How can I check if the website is using Cloudflare or not?

MemberHi there, Matthew! Thanks for following up. 🙂
That’s something I would suggest contacting your host for since it’s a service they provide. However, I did find this article that might help as well. I haven’t tried it out myself, so please use it with caution, though contacting your host for assistance with disabling Rocketscript will be your best bet.
Please do that and let me know what you find.
Cheers!

ParticipantI have deactivated it but how can I check so I know when the changes take affect?
Also would it be easier to just disable the auto generation of the page and make people click the Find events button instead of the page changing straight after the date is collected.

MemberGreat, thanks for doing that! It looks like Rocketscript was disabled, at least when I view the source code for your site. The bummer is that the issue still seems to be there.
The next thing I wold like to try is seeing if the issue is isolated to a theme or plugin conflict. Were you able to try the steps I provided above? They are detailed here in our Testing for Conflicts Guide.
Please give those steps a try and let me know what you find.
Thanks!

MemberHey there, Matthew! It’s been a while so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread. If we can help with anything else, though, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread. We’d be happy to help. 🙂
